Terms
Last updated 22 July 2026
Hopstr helps you discover clothes from other retailers. Using it means accepting what follows.
What Hopstr is
A discovery service. We show products from retailers we partner with and link you to them. We are not a shop: we hold no stock, take no payment, ship nothing, and are not party to anything you buy.
What we cannot promise about products
Prices, availability, sizes, colours and descriptions come from retailer data feeds and can be out of date or simply wrong. Feeds update on a schedule, so an item can sell out or change price before we know.
The retailer's own product page is always the authority. Check it before buying. Anything you purchase is a contract between you and that retailer, under their terms, including delivery, returns, refunds and warranty.
Your use of Hopstr
- Use it for personal, non-commercial browsing
- Do not scrape, copy or resell the catalogue
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other people's data
Your saved items
Your wishlist is tied to a cookie on this browser. Clearing your browser storage loses it, and we cannot recover it — there is no account behind it yet. Treat it as convenient, not as permanent storage.
Availability
Hopstr is offered as-is. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using the service or from any purchase made at a retailer.
Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Belgian or EU law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Hopstr after a change means accepting the revised version.
Contact and governing law
Hopstr is operated by Kristof Houben, Gilissenweier 14, 3600 Genk, Belgium. Questions go to legal@hopstr.co.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protections of the mandatory law of your own country of residence, nor of the right to bring proceedings there.
