For retailers
Discovery traffic, sent to your own checkout.
Hopstr is a swipe-based discovery app for women's fashion in Belgium and the Netherlands. People come to browse rather than to search, which means we reach them earlier than a comparison or voucher site does — before they knew which piece they wanted, and often before they knew your name.
We take a commission through the affiliate network when someone buys. We never take the customer.
What kind of publisher we are
Most publisher declines are category declines, so here is our category, stated as the things we are not:
Not a cashback or loyalty site
We don't pay users to click and we don't share commission with them. Nobody arrives at your checkout because we bribed them there.
Not a voucher or discount site
We publish no codes, run no deal pages and don't compete with you on price. Your products appear at your prices.
No incentivised traffic
No points, no rewards, no paid-to-browse. A swipe is worth nothing to the person making it except a better feed.
No browser extension or toolbar
Nothing that sits in a browser and attaches itself to a session someone else originated. Hopstr is a website you visit deliberately.
No paid search on your brand terms
We run no PPC at all. We will never bid on your name, your trademarks or your misspellings.
No retargeting or email drops
We buy no ad inventory and no lists. Our only email is one message to our own waitlist when we open.
What we are is a single owned product: an app someone opens because they want to look at clothes.
How your products appear
One product per card, full screen, with your name on every card — not aggregated into a grid where the retailer is a footnote. Tapping through goes to your product page.
We import women's clothing categories from your feed rather than everything in it, and a product whose image doesn't resolve never enters the catalogue. The image is the card, so a broken one is worse for you than an absent one.
Ranking is built from what each person swipes — brands, shapes, price range. It is never sold. No retailer can pay to be shown more often, which is the only version of this that stays useful to the person swiping.
Commercially
- Through your network. We work with Awin, on your existing programme terms. No separate contract, no fee, no minimum.
- Your tracking links, unmodified. We use the deep links exactly as they arrive in your feed and never construct our own, so attribution is whatever your network reports.
- You own the sale. Checkout, payment, delivery, returns and the customer relationship are yours. Hopstr never touches a transaction.
- Saving before buying is the point. People collect pieces and come back to them, so a reasonable cookie window matters more to us than it does to a voucher site.
Where we are today
Hopstr has not opened to the public yet, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. The app is built and the catalogue is what we are working on now — we open to a first group once there is enough in it to be worth swiping through.
So an early partner is joining a small audience. What that buys is a deck with room in it: fewer retailers competing for the same swipes, and a say in how the catalogue is put together while it is still being put together.
We're happy to show you the app itself — it's behind a preview link rather than public, and we'll send you one.
Let's talk.
If you run a womenswear brand or store in Belgium or the Netherlands — or manage one's affiliate programme — write to retailers@hopstr.co and we'll answer properly.
